Our Culture

At Obex, our doors are open. What this means is that everyone feels able to communicate, to share ideas, and everyone feels part of the Obex team. Once again in 2010 Obex placed as a finalist in the 'small to medium' segment of this national survey; a result that we are proud to have achieved in 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2009.  These results show very clearly that our people not only enjoy working at Obex, but also that they take great pride in the organisation.

JRA facilitates an annual survey to find the best organisation to work for in New Zealand. To get an honest response, employees are asked to complete a confidential survey about their workplace.  Obex will be participating in the Best Workplaces survey again this year.
