Registered Users

 

Registered user pages have been included on this website as a means for registered customers to access and download regulatory information relating to Obex’s products in the form of Medsafe Website Notification of Devices or “WAND” forms; CE Certificates; and Manufacturer’s Evidence.

 

This information is strictly for the use of personnel directly involved in the procurement of Obex’s products.

 

User name and password

 

An interested party may, at no cost, register via the Obex Medical website to access and download regulatory information relating to Obex’s products.  No person, other than the person officially registered may use this log in name and password; access and download documents; and other information.

 

Registration may be obtained by submitting a request to the Obex Regulatory Affairs administrator and the following information will be compulsory:

 

·         Email address

·         Name

·         Phone number

·         Organisation

·         Job title

·         Agreement to Terms and Conditions

 

These details will then be verified by the Regulatory Affairs administrator and if the application is accepted, the log in name and password will be successfully created. 

 

If Obex has reason to believe that any information you have supplied is not accurate, or if Obex considers that you have breached any of these terms and conditions for use, we may immediately terminate the account held by you.

 

Where you have entered into an Agreement with us you are required to provide us with complete and accurate registration information and to update the information provided if it changes, including any change to your email address.

 

Registration log in name and passwords must not be used by anyone other than the person who is officially registered under that name.  If Obex becomes aware that a user name and password is being accessed and used by someone other than the registered user, this account will be terminated.

 

If you are a registered user and you leave the position you hold you must inform Obex so that you can be removed as a registered user of the Obex Regulatory Affairs pages. 

 

If you believe there has been a breach of security of your username and/or password, such as theft or unauthorised use, you must notify Obex immediately by email to regulatoryaffairs@obex.co.nz.

 

 

 

 

Registered Status Expiration

 

All passwords will expire after three (3) months and the registered party will be required to set a new password.  Registered users who have not accessed the website in three (3) months will be automatically deleted and will not be sent a reminder email.

 

Restricted Use

 

This information is strictly for use only by registered users authorised by Obex.

 

You are authorised to a print a copy of any information contained on this website unless such information is expressly prohibited, however you may not provide another party with this information without Obex’s express permission.
