 YOUR ROLE

This role is vital to the successful running of our warehouse operations in Penrose, Auckland, managing team of 10 on one day shift. You will meet the agreed service levels, manage stock levels and establish the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods and products.

The wellbeing and morale of the team is in your hands, so ensuring overall safety compliance, providing regular team communications, managing effective labour planning, plus coaching and development are key to your success and that of the team.

Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and full of variety each and every day. The diversity of our products across the multiple sectors we support means more diversity in your role. You will have exposure to multiple areas of the Business and have support and guidance from senior management.

Your understanding of Warehouse processes and procedures will help you drive continuous improvement.

You will also require the below:

• Change Management experience
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Intermediate MS office skills
• Understanding of OH&S
• Proven people management skills
