The acquisition, which was completed on 1st December 2020, brings two established and reputable organisations together under the same ownership banner. The combined strength of both companies, its breadth and skillset will place us in a unique position to offer our customers with unrivalled product solutions delivering on the ultimate objective to enhance your patient outcomes in the most efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective way.
