    Optimal embryo development depends on the maintenance of temperature and pH. The Cook® MINC Benchtop Incubator is designed specifically to optimise the culture environment of gametes and embryos.   • Cook® Sydney IVF Cryopreservation Kit

    A 3 step cryopreservation system that contains a HEPES buffered salt solution with propanediol and sucrose as cryoprotectants:

    Vial 1 – Sydney IVF Cryopreservation Buffer
    Vial 2 – Sydney IVF Cryopreservation Buffer with 1.5 m Propanediol
    Vial 3 – Sydney IVF Cryopreservation Buffer with 1.5 m Propanediol and 0.1 m sucrose

    Sydney IVF Fertilisation Medium is intended for use during in vitro procedures for insemination and incubation of oocytes.

    • Bicarbonate buffered
    • Can be used for both short and long insemination protocols
    • Provides a glucose-rich environment for efficient cumulus-oocyte complex and sperm cell metabolism
    • Includes antioxidants and nonessential amino acids
  • Cook® Sydney IVF Fertilisation Medium

    Sydney IVF Fertilisation Medium is a bicarbonate buffered medium that has been designed to optimize fertilisation rates in-vitro. This medium contains glucose, antioxidants, non-essential amino acids and HSA. This is the first step in the Sydney IVF sequential system.

    Sydney IVF Sperm Gradient Kit is intended for use during in vitro fertilisation procedures to separate motile sperm from seminal plasma.

    • Sold as convenient two-part kit to separate motile sperm
    • Contains silane-coated silica
    • Includes on vial of 40% density and one vial of 80% solution
  • Cook® Sydney IVF Spermient®

    Sydney IVF Spermient is intended for use during in vitro fertilisation procedures to separate motile sperm from seminal plasma.

    • Sold at a 100% concentration of silane-coated-silica-based stock solution to enable customisation of sperm density separation
    • Can be diluted with Sydney IVF Gamete Buffer to any required concentration
