    • Nylon material resists softening during prolonged catheter use
    • Short, flexible, atraumatic catheter tip maintains stability during injection.
  • Cook® Torcon NB® Advantage Catheters – Ventriculography/Aortic Angiographic

    • Sixteen stainless steel wire braid imparts 1:1 torque control to catheter tip and maximises pushability
    • Nylon material resists softening during prolonged catheter manipilation
    • Short, flexible, atraumatic catheter maintains stability during infection
  • Cook® Tornado® Embolisation Coils – Platinum

Used for embolisation of selective vessel supply to arterio-venous malformations and other vascular lesions.

    • Longer coil length and tornado-like configuration in deployed state maximises coil exposure to cross-section of lumen for disruption of blood flow
    • The Tornado Embolisation Coil is also ideally suited for tapering vessel situations
    • The proximal end coil design permits delivery into the target vessel using standard Newton tapered or Bentson .035 inch or .038 inch wire guides
    • The platinum coil is soft, easily detected radiographically and features spaced synthetic fibres to maximise thrombogenicity
    • Coils are available with small end exiting first (standard) or large end exiting first (LEF suffix-special order)

Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.

  • Cook® Tornado® Embolisation Microcoils – Platinum

Used for embolisation of selective vessel supply to arterio-venous malformations.

    • Longer coil length and tornado-like configuration in deployed state maximises coil exposure to cross-section of lumen for disruption of blood flow
    • The Tornado Embolisation Microcoil is also ideally suited for tapering vessel situations
    • Special platinum coil (18S) construction is soft, easily detected radiographically and features spaced synthetic fibres to maximise thrombogenicity Microcoil design permits delivery into the target vessel by saline flush or by push yechnique using an appropriately sized wired guide or pusher

Microcoils are available with small end exiting first (standard) or large and exiting first (LEF suffix – special order). Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.

  • Cook® Transseptal Needles

    Used for transseptal left-heart access.

Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.

  • Cook® TriForce Peripheral Crossing Set

Cook® Medical TriForce Peripheral Crossing Set:

    Enhanced penetration

    • The enhanced crossing ability of the CXI® catheter joins with the pushability of the Flexor® sheath to cross vascular lesions.

    Strong pushability

    • A tungsten-loaded tip aids pushability and adds to radiopacity as it goes through the lesion.  The hydrophilic coating on both the CXI and the Flexor sheath enhances trackability.

    Tapered transition

    • The 5 Fr sheath tapers to a 4 Fr catheter that hugs a .035 inch diameter wire guide for an uninterrupted transition.
  • Cook® van Andel Dilatation Catheter

Used for dilatation of the iliac, superficial femoral and popliteal arteries.
    • Progressive dilatation is accomplished by exchanging one catheter for another
    • A van Andel catheter may be used for pre-dilatation prior to use of a balloon dilatation catheter
Supplied sterile in peel-open packages.  Intended for one-time use.
  • Cook® Vascular Retrieval Forceps

Used for grasping and retrieval of foreign bodies from the cardiovascular system.

    • Small 3.0 Fr offers unique construction for enhanced control of, and power to, the forcep’s grasping jaw
    • The distal spring coil tip prevents inadvertent engagement of a vascular wall during manipulations.

Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.
