Marketing & Sales
When we describe our sales team as dynamic, we really mean it. We have a team of individuals who are highly motivated, professional, hard-working, fun-loving, and driven to shine in their area of expertise – it makes for an amazing atmosphere. We embody the company values of Trust, Commitment, Knowledge and Determination in everything we do with customers and suppliers. The success of our marketing and sales team is built on strong relationships with all our customers. We provide extensive clinical and educational support to all of our customers. Our product management and business development expertise underpins all of this.
We have a dedicated Customer Services team who are highly experienced and committed to delivering an excellent and comprehensive customer experience.
Warehouse & Logisitics
Our warehouse is a standalone facility in Penrose, and the close-knit team is made up of individuals who enjoy the work they do, the location, and the company of their colleagues. Committed to professionalism, they enjoy the challenge of getting the right items to the right place in the right time frame.
IT, Regulatory, Management
Without the right support structure, there would be no success. These departments are the engine room of the organisation, keeping things ticking over, making meetings happen, and providing our management, sales team and customer liaison team with a rock-solid foundation from which to do great things.
